I’m British and have lived in France for 35 years. I specialize in creating iconic projects, usually high-end hotels or prestigious apartments in Paris. This beautiful estate is a passion project I developed over the last 5 years, including the complete transformation of an abandoned swimming pool once owned by the famous French actress Danielle Darrieux.
The lagoon has been featured in several television programs and was highlighted in a CNN Travel segment (Google: “fixed the pool Courgent CNN”).
This is a high-potential property. The second house is structurally ready to be completed (all infrastructure is already in place), making it suitable for two families, expanded Airbnb use, nature lovers, or anyone seeking a lifestyle change or relocation to France.

I am currently finishing the “Green Studio” next to the main house, along with a sauna and ice bath at the rear.
