The 18th-Century House
The main house is a long, single-story building, flanked at each end by a square tower, lending the whole structure grace and lightness. The main facade offers several entrances, one through the kitchen and the other being the main entrance. The latter, once through the double doors, reveals a majestic forked wooden staircase leading to the upper floor. The Ground Floor
To the left of the entrance is a spacious and bright living/dining room, illuminated by three large south-facing windows. The opposite wall features a large stone fireplace with an insert. At the far end of the living room, in what is the ground floor of the west tower, there is a large room currently used as a laundry room.
Continuing clockwise, you'll find another room opening onto a lovely outdoor terrace, followed by a hallway leading to three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite.

The tour continues through the garage, the utility room, and finally the kitchen itself. This is an incredibly warm and beautifully appointed room where all the upper and lower cabinets, as well as the central island, have been custom-made in light wood. The ground floor of the tower, a room adjoining the kitchen, remains to be renovated. Finally, there is a small sitting room or office before returning to the entrance hall.

The First Floor

The Towers
Each tower has been converted into a private suite. An external stone staircase leads to the first floor of each, where the living room and shower room are located. A second, internal wooden staircase leads to the bedroom.

The Guest House
The guest house, well separated from the main house and very private, comprises two distinct apartments on the first floor, designed in the same style. Each apartment is accessed via an external wooden staircase that opens onto a lovely terrace offering beautiful views of Condom Cathedral. The interior comprises a living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a laundry room.

Note that both apartments have also been completely renovated.
The ground floor of the guest house contains three storage rooms.

The grounds
While the house is magnificent, the nearly 3-hectare grounds are equally so. At the front of the property, a multitude of trees, including splendid cedars of Lebanon, screen the property from view and line the driveway.
The large trees then give way to a vast lawn surrounded by flowers and planted with a beautiful flowerbed.
The garden then encircles the house on both sides and extends towards the rear and the guest house. Here and there, other flowerbeds or a large cypress tree catch the eye. The idyllic and perfectly maintained grounds feature several discreet parking spaces and two wells, connected to an automatic irrigation system.
